Your responsibilities

Supervision and monitoring of existing technologies for the production of steering components
Conceptual preparation, elaboration and support of the introduction of new technologies for the optimization of existing production processes, for the commissioning of work equipment as a result of investment measures or for the introduction of new products into production
Supervision and control of the usage time of work equipment in the area of responsibility in cooperation with the employees responsible for maintenance
Processing / coordination of the development of new products and their production-effective implementation
Specialist advice / information for superiors, employees and customers
Preparation, implementation and control of personnel management tasks in the area of responsibility
Expertise transfer to local employees and/or develop local successor.
Specified knowledge about IATF 16949 to his/her job

Your profile

Comprehensive detailed knowledge of the work equipment and the production process and methods, in particular of machines, plants, tools including safety requirements in the area of responsibility
Experience in disciplinary and professional management of staff
Very good knowledge of the quality management system
Very good planning, organisation and coordination skills
High sense of responsibility, high flexibility, motivation and initiative
Leadership and motivational strength, combined with a confident manner and the ability to work in a team
Entrepreneurial thinking, customer orientation, quality and cost awareness
Assertiveness and a convincing and sovereign personality
Knowledge Qstat and methods
Higher technical education (diploma)
Language skills: written and spoken command of English; German desirable
