- Leading customer care and demand planning activities across subsidiaries, ensuring seamless coordination between customer satisfaction and inventory control.
- Establishing, developing, and managing inventory practices to maintain efficient stock levels and fulfill customer orders on time.
- Analyzing on-time delivery performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing effective solutions.
- Process optimization & continuous improvement
- Improving inventory turnover and aligning stock with customer order patterns.
- Reporting, analyzing, and managing obsolete inventories, including corrective actions.
- Defining ERP control parameters to support timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Project management & cross-department coordination
- Monitoring, coordinating, and improving inventory-related and customer-facing activities across departments.
- Ensuring smooth product and component introduction/phase-out, alignment of sales forecasts with inventory strategy, and minimizing deviations between plans and actuals.
- Overseeing customer order management, including tracking, issue resolution, and proactive communication.
- Team leadership & knowledge development
- Leading and mentoring the team responsible for customer care and demand planning.
- Supporting functional knowledge growth and promoting continuous improvement.
- Relevant university degree
- Fluent Hungarian and English language skills, suitable for negotiations
- Proven experience in customer order fulfillment and demand management in an international corporate environment
