
Talent Acquisition Specialist

- Drive full cycle recruitment processes (mostly related to production) in close cooperation with hiring managers
- Supplier (agency) management
- Contribute to continuous development of the team's processes, templates and tools
- Taking part in employer branding and recruitment marketing activities
- Cooperation with the HR Business Partner(s) and Marketing/Content Specialist(s)
- Participating in hiring days, job fairs and other external events
- Report and present the status/results of the relevant processes to stakeholders
- Provide recruitment trainings to hiring managers
- Finding and using new online and offline channels to find suitable candidates
- Taking part in local- and global projects
- Close cooperation with the Employee Services and Compensation & Benefits teams
- Support other team activities if needed
- University degree in HR or other relevant field
- Fluency in Hungarian and English
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably at a production company
- Good understanding of different selection methods and interviewing techniques
- Stakeholder management
- Proactive, agile, customer oriented approach
- High level of flexibility, out of box thinking
