- Responsible for ensuring that all QE deliverables (e.g.: Quality Objectives, MSA, Control Plans, Part Inspection, Capability Studies, and Customer PPAP) are executed on time and to the appropriate level of detail.
- Monitor and Report Production and Service incoming quality scores, implementing corrective actions according to score / status.
- Working knowledge of customer specific requirements.
- Lead Problem solving activities, within department and support other functions with 8D problem solving structure
- Develop key Customer relationships in the Quality Area for successful execution of our launches.
- Apply advanced statistical concepts, design of experiments, and problem-solving methodology
- Leading of a team of quality department and support to all Operational areas within JIT environment
- Familiarity with the AIAG Advanced Quality Planning and Control Plan standard, FMEA’s, PPAPs, Dimensional layouts, gage/fixture design, and Performance/Material testing.
- Previous Seating or JIT (Just in Time) experience preferred but not essential
- Previous Tier 1 Supply Chain Automotive experience preferred but not essential
- Degree or similar qualification desirable (or qualified by experience)
- Minimum 5 years in the Automotive Industry
- A track record in managing a team successfully
- Ability to adapt to different operational challenges, multi-task and work environment situations
- Minimum 5 years in quality related activities in a development and/or production environment
- Trained in standards for Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Application of QMS tools and techniques
- APQP, FMEA, Inspection planning, DOE, QFD, 6 Sigma
- Knowledge in PC software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of English (on a communication level) and Hungarian (mother tongue)
- Standard PC skills, experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
