As our Senior Engineer you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our manufacturing operations and make a real impact on our business.We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to drive the digitalization of our production processes and lead the rollout of new solutions. As a project manager, you will be responsible for the project scope, time, and budget, and will own a defined I4A pillar/track, defining site strategy and driving execution of the roadmap.
In your new role you will:

Lead the digitalization of our production processes and implement new solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digitalization and implement new solutions
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our production processes and identify areas for improvement
Work with stakeholders to define and implement new digital solutions, including the development of business cases and project plans
Ensure that all digital solutions are integrated with our existing systems and processes, and that they meet our quality and security standards
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of our digital solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

You are a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and presentation skills. You are a collaborative team player with a strong IT mindset and a passion for digitalization. You can work independently and drive topics to successful outcomes.You are best equipped for this task if you have:

Engineering degree - IT, Electrical Engineering Industrial Engineering preferred
Minimum 3 years of working experience preferably in a factory environment
IT mindset and interest in digitalization, ability to drive topics
Good presentation skills - ability to represent the site on global platforms
Preferably Project Management experience in the field of Factory Digitalization
Business level English - daily level technical discussion with global stakeholders
