- Develop and enhance the Stibo STEP PIM solution to align with business processes and future demands.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and technical teams to define and implement scalable solutions.
- Configure and optimize data models, business rules, workflows, and APIs within STEP.
- Ensure solutions are harmonized within the PIM blueprint for efficiency and standardization.
- Provide second-line support, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
- Maintain and create technical documentation, process flows, and training materials.
- Actively contribute to agile development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong experience as a Developer or MDM Application Specialist on enterprise-scale PIM/MDM solutions.
- Expertise with PIM or MDM platforms, including WebUI, Workflows, and API-based architectures.
- Solid JavaScript skills for performant and maintainable code.
- Background in multi-national environments and experience collaborating with third-party vendors.
- Strong knowledge of PIM industry standards, best practices, and data governance.
- Experience in Agile methodologies with a problem-solving mindset and a “can-do” attitude.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience with other PIM or MDM platforms.
- Knowledge of data governance, taxonomy, and data quality principles.
- Familiarity with cloud-based MDM/PIM integrations and API-driven architectures.
- Experience with InDesign templating and Instrument in STEP is a plus.
