HR Quality Assurance Specialist

• Ensure correct implementation of HR processes in the system, with focus on time & attendance.
• Review specifications and test cases, verifying results from a business perspective.
• Validate data accuracy, process flows, and calculations against legal and business requirements.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and IT Services to support process improvements and quality assurance.
• Contribute to building a multifunctional QA team covering all HR topics.

• Strong HR background and interest in IT systems & digitalization.
• German language skills (B2) to work with documentation and test protocols.
• Good understanding of HR processes, especially time & attendance and payroll.
• Analytical, detail-oriented approach with ability to follow test protocols.
• Motivation to grow in a role combining HR expertise and QA testing.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work in an international team.
