  • Taking part in operational payment execution for treasury deals, under the supervision of the Senior Treasury Back Office Manager
  • Effectively cooperate with the cash management team to ensure seamless daily operation and timely execution
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies within the department and organization
  • Ensure oversight of the card payments area, maintaining transparent payment reconciliation
  • Enable detailed cost oversight for the card payment area, identifying key cost drivers and actively participate in cost saving exercises
  • Maintain regular contact with the company's payment providers, and manage contractual and operational tasks for payment processing
  • Enhance visibility of key areas of risks for management reports
  • Support the managers in bank KYC and other compliance-related processes
  • Support the managers during the annual audits and financial report preparations
  • Support the Treasury Managers in ad-hoc and recurring payments-related reports (e.g bank cost structure reports)
  • Facilitate effective contracting for payment and bank-related products by reviewing and preparing contract documentations
Requirements:
  • University/college degree in finance, accounting area
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in a multinational corporate environment
  • Existing work experience in payment management
  • Proven track record in business partnering with other business functions and working closely with finance and other professionals within the business
  • Experience and knowledge on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good knowledge on payment systems, single bank platforms preferable but not essential
  • Dynamic personality with proactive, positive attitude
  • Good contracting and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Highly numerate, analytical and attention to detail is crucial
  • Ability to work under pressure and cope with conflicting demands
  • Flexibility and team working skills
