- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual KPIs for the Controlling Manager in relation to controlling and business areas.
- Evaluate the achievement of the business areas' economic objectives.
- Checking deviations of reported KPIs from budget, analysing the reasons and reporting.
- Project controlling, assisting in the creation and closure of work orders, analysing deviations and shortfalls from the project budget and preparing the report and the estimate of total costs (EAC).
- Perform all controlling tasks within the company within the deadlines.
- Preparation of controlling reports and medium-term planning and budgeting.
- Preparation of standard and ad hoc reports, plan/actual evaluations for management and organisations.
- Preparation and coordination of forecasts.
- Preparation of annual budgets for the company and for each business area (under the supervision of the Controlling Manager and in collaboration with other departments).
- Participating in the evaluation of the performance of the company and the business areas
- Developing company policies on financial and commercial issues and other organisational issues as required.
- Support the Finance Director or the Controlling Manager in other related tasks
- Running internal controlling systems, ensuring the reliability of data and monitoring data quality.
- Higher education in economics or finance
- Minimum 3 years relevant professional experience, preferably in a multinational environment, IT or consulting sector
- Experience in international project auditing
- Systematic and analytical mindset
- Ability to work effectively independently and under pressure
- Team player and solution-oriented attitude
- Fluency in English (business level), both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel
