- Work with the Director, Global Rewards & Mobility to develop, implement and administer rewards policies and programs for the Lifestyle division, in alignment with Cross-Division Rewards.
- Provide operational delivery of day-to-day rewards activities, such as but not limited to evaluating new and modified positions to determine job level mapping, revising job descriptions, and providing advice and guidance on recognition program (Be Brilliant) and rewards processes to the HR team.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR data by proactively identifying issues/outliers and drive corrective action to move forward.
- Lead the systems implementation activities for various compensation programs. This includes communicating systems updates, testing, data validation and troubleshooting.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly HR reports, focusing on integrity, accuracy, timeliness and highlighting relevant trends and noteworthy callouts.
- Identify, report on, and publish KPI's/metrics to communicate the impact of projects, initiatives, process improvements, and programs to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain an understanding of current, new, and developing legislation and trends affecting rewards.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in HR, with a minimum of 5 years global experience in Rewards, Analytics and HR Technology.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementation and administration of global compensation principles, programs, and processes, especially job evaluation and leveling.
- Tech savvy and comfortable to navigate new HR tools with technical aptitude to use HCM systems. Workday experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to manage large data sets, interpret and tell the story using data to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive decisions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and administer complex processes.
- Highly proficient with Excel, including complex formulas, data automation, visualization and other MS Office applications.
- Ability to work with moderate guidance exercising technical discipline, independent judgement, and discretion.
- Must be fluent in English language.
