- Primary responsibility for the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the marketing activities of Sika Hungary;
- Developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans and marketing strategy for the organization in order to attract potential Customers and retain existing ones;
- Drive the market analisys process: Sika position and competition.
- Coordinate and analise market resetach;
- Managing all marketing activities in the company;
- Implementing innovative ideas for the sales promotions, implementing promotional campaigns;
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights and assess against goals;
- Developing plans and achieving targets within the estimated budget;
- Building strategic relationships and partnering with key industry players, agencies and vendors;
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
- Managing the marketing budget;
- Ensuring that all marketing material is in line with Sika brand identity;
- Helping to build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels
- At least bachelor's degree in Marketing (or Communication, Business Administration or similar)
- Proven work experience as Marketing Manager (5 years)
- Practical experience with web analytics tools and proficient IT skills (databases, MS Office etc.)
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- Experience in budgeting
- Language requriement: native Hungarian and fluent English (speaking/writing)
