The purpose of the role is primarily to look for new business opportunities and eventually build the acquisition team in Budapest.Your tasks will be:
  • Looking for new business opportunities with high dollar value;
  • scanning the market and constantly staying up to date with the trends and competition;
  • working with Group Head of Acquisition to prepare, approve and execute the acquisition strategy on HU market;
  • based on strategy, start building effective and performance driven team based on the approved hiring plan;
  • cooperating with Customer success teams to ensure that acquired merchants are also activated and performing well.
  • cooperating with Business Development and BI teams.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales in online/e-commerce/Saas or similar area;
  • experience with people management;
  • good understanding of business rigor;
  • at least B2 level working proficiency in English (in both oral and written);
  • native in Hungarian language;
  • proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint);
  • personal qualities and soft skills:
- pro-active attitude and initiator,
- excellent communication skills,
- logical mindset.
