You closely work together with the Regional Deployment Team, IT teams and the RSS Operations colleagues impacted by the separate waves of the Program.Your Opportunity:OnboardingCollaborating with the Program, embracing its vision, reviewing documents, global templates, and tools, and participating in workshops for complex scenarios including data mapping.Impact assessmentEngaging with Operations colleagues and actively contributing to Fit To Template workshops, articulating critical local business and reporting needs.Data mappingContributing to master data scoping and migration including data enrichment and data migration dress rehearsal, including identification & collaboration with data ownersTestingExecuting or reviewing the execution of UAT and "Day in Life" simulation in collaboration with Operations colleaguesTrainingCoordinating and deliver end-users trainingBusiness CutoverParticipating in business readiness activities and coordinating continuity plans within Operations.Post Go-live activitiesUpdating process documentation and providing post go-live support in collaboration with the Regional Deployment Team and IT.Who you are2-3 years of related experience in Finance/AccountingUniversity or College Education, concentration on Finance or Accounting or other relevant degree (e.g. Chartered Accountant) is desirableSAP knowledge, SAP S4Hana experience is advantageGlobal project management experience (e.g. system implementation, migration) is desirableProficient in virtual, multicultural teamwork, adaptable to change, skilled in task prioritization, eager learner, and capable presenter to senior management with technical and business expertiseStrong communication skills in English (written and spoken)In exchange we provide you with:Development opportunities: Roche is rich in learning resources.
