We built a brand new manufacturing facility on the outskirts of Miskolc in 2023. Our Miskolc facility is a key regional facility for the driveline technologies that GKN Automotive supply to our global customer base. Participation in the development of Lean culture
Analysis and development of standard work with the help of engineering and manufacturing teams
Support productivity development workshops
Lean training material preparation and education
Implementation and maintenance of Lean tools (5S,SMED)
Optimization and planning of production / material flow processes
Support of daily meetings
Visualization and information flow development
Finding cost reduction opportunities

We are looking for you if:

You would like to work in machining environment
You have a University Degree
You have a logical way of thinking
You have 3 years of relevant professional experience
You have practical experience in standardized work, SMED/Quick-change over
You speak English at a communication level
You have strong communication and collaboration skills
