- Responsible for checking and improving the contractual terms of Extranet orders, campaigns and promotions
- Responsible for following confirmed delivery deadlines to ensure timely deliveries in cooperation with the DC
- Responsible for handing customer complaints
- Recording, unblocking and tracking incoming orders
- Recording and tracking purchase and project orders
- Arranging delivery and freight orders
- Manual invoicing
- Comprehensive handling of customer complaints
- Item master maintenance
- University/college degree is an advantage but not a requirement
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in the field of logistics
- User level knowledge of MS Office
- English language knowledge
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Evaluation and analysis skills
- Cooperation skills
- Customer orientation
