- Lead the Rewards function, team
- Ensuring effective delivery of compensation and benefits programs across Hungary
- Govern compensation frameworks, including job architecture, grading (Korn Ferry methodology), and pay structures to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Manage annual reward cycles, including merit increases, bonus allocations, promotions, and retention programs, ensuring fairness, transparency, and regulatory compliance.
- Direct benefits strategy and execution, covering health, retirement, lifestyle, and wellbeing programs, ensuring consistency with global policies and adaptation to local market needs.
- Leverage market data and benchmarking surveys (Korn Ferry) to provide insights on pay competitiveness, benefits positioning, and total rewards strategy.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including EU Pay Transparency Directive, labor laws, and internal governance standards
- University Degree
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in the management of staff or the field of human resources
- Fluent knowledge of English and Hungarian language
- Strong Computer skills (Excel, Access)
- Experience in effectively communicating in matrix organization and across a variety of position levels
- Very strong HR related labour legislative knowledge (Labour code, payroll related legislative)
- Very strong analytical thinking
- Negotiation skills
