
Commercial Service Manager

- Be an active part in the development of the commercial service manager community with in IF and our partner organisations (CFO, CTO1 / CTO42). You will learn from the community and give your knowledge to the community crossing service boundaries.
- Develop and implement cost steering and controlling processes for the product to the benefit of the customers and Europe 1.
- Provide the product owner with proper financial information to be able to efficiently steer the service and open financial opportunities.
- Provide guidance, advice and support to the customer in commercial related areas.
- Lead planning, cost management, monthly reviews and P&L controlling, yearly price calculations and initiate ordering for related components.
- Be willing to take over special tasks in the data center and cloud services area
- Higher education degree with technical-economical focus e.g. industrial engineering or equivalent work experience Experienced in the use of systems that are relevant for Cloud Cost Controlling, e.g. SAP FI-CO/BW, ServiceNow and of course Excel
- Possessing understanding of (IT) service management and (IT) service organisations
- Relevant work experience e.g. in accounting, controlling, IT service management etc.
- Basic knowledge about data center services
- Ability to carry out tasks independently in non-standardised (ever-changing) work situations
- Problem solving skills based on practice and precedent as well as ability to analyze factual information
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use
