IT Project Manager 3

• Lead the data platform transformation project in alignment with organizational objectives and IT strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies, prioritizing critical systems
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, developers, architects, and business stakeholders
• Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to the appropriate audience at regular intervals
• Identify potential roadblocks, risks, and challenges and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and evaluations to assess the effectiveness of modernization and migration efforts

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, managing complex multi-team and sites projects
• Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools, such as O365 (preferred), Azure DevOps (preferred), Microsoft Project,
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, and the confidence to lead without authority
