- Representation of the company including full responsibility for commercial, finance and human aspects as well
- Responsibility for fulfillment of the sales/budget plan on the entrusted country (Hungary)
- Identifying new business development / market exploitation opportunities, maintaining and improving relationships with existing key partners – supporting sales colleagues with key client visits
- Negotiating terms and conditions for deliveries / distribution contracts
- People Management: developing / coaching the team, following up an efficient KPI system and working procedures, monitoring staff’s sales activities
- Keeping daily contact with the headquarter (CEE region), ensure appropriate and on-time reporting to regional management
- Market mapping: ensuring deep understanding of the local market, analyzing sales results, identifying market potentials and following relevant competitors
- Managing operation related administration, preparing reports / analysis when necessary
- University / college degree
- At least 8-10 years’ experience in successfully managing / developing B2B sales operations in industrial / technical businesses, preferably in multinational environment
- Experience in managing / overseeing teams of 10+ FTEs – strong leadership skills and assertive, energetic personality, ability to motivate others
- Experience in managing P&L
- Fluent English and Hungarian
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, strong customer focus
- Self-driven, dynamic personality, strong motivation to show results and expand the business
