International Freight Forwarder

• Coordinate pickup and delivery of goods for customers
• Enter and update shipment data accurately in internal systems
• Communicate with hauliers and subcontractors to ensure timely transport
• Resolve delivery issues (e.g. delays, damages, refused loads)
• Ensure compliance with regulations, especially for hazardous goods
• Monitor and report on profit margins and shipment costs
• Support preparation of pricing offers and tenders
• Maintain and develop the company’s haulier database
• Handle invoicing, cost checking, and insurance claim files
• Build strong relationships with key accounts and identify upselling opportunities
• Provide back-up to colleagues in case of absence

• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transport coordination
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Fluent in Hungarian and English (additional Eastern European language is a plus)
• Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving mindset
