- Take full ownership of implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving a Quality Management System aligned with IATF 16949:2016 standards.
- Translate customer expectations into robust quality control processes that ensure long-term satisfaction and trust.
- Define and refine product and process specifications to meet both internal and external quality benchmarks.
- Establish supplier quality requirements and build a reliable, compliant supply chain from day one.
- Ensure all operations meet health, safety, and legal standards, setting a strong foundation for sustainable growth.
- Lead and mentor a growing quality team—inspectors, technicians, and support staff—fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Oversee product development with a critical eye, identifying and correcting deviations early.
- Approve only the highest-quality outputs and take decisive action on non-conformities.
- Maintain precise documentation and leverage data-driven insights through statistical analysis.
- Actively gather and evaluate customer feedback to ensure expectations are not just met, but exceeded.
- Report directly to senior leadership with clear, actionable insights and improvement proposals.
- Be a key driver of innovation—identify improvement opportunities and design efficient, scalable quality procedures.
- Proven track record as a Quality Manager in the automotive industry, with hands-on experience in building and optimizing quality systems.
- Fluency in English
- A conscientious, responsible mindset with a sharp eye for detail and a strong drive for results.
- Deep understanding of quality control procedures, relevant legal standards, and IATF 16949:2016 requirements.
- Solid mathematical skills and working knowledge of data analysis and statistical methods to support decision-making.
- VDA 6.3/ VDA 6.5 audit experience
