Want to join the ride?We are now looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team working for a better future. In this position you will work closely with the contract manager to fulfil the agreement requirements and strengthen our site operation.The ideal candidate would have a background in Field Service, or similar activities.The position is permanent and the preferred location for the position will be in Budaörs, Hungary with frequent travelling to customer (Tatabanya).What you will be doingAs Site Supervisor, your work will focus on these responsibilities:
  • Ensuring that the performance targets of the plant are reached according to the contract
  • Training operation procedures and standards for the plant crew
  • Assisting the Agreement Manager as required
  • Developing the operation working routines at the plant
  • Prioritizing maintenance activities together with Field Service and Agreement manager
  • Acting accordingly to Wärtsilä Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines and customer site procedures
  • Coordinating of the required logistic processes
  • Ensuring continuous reporting to the Agreement manager
  • Maintaining the plant operation, at the highest quality level
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
  • At least 5 years of experience in power plant business
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Problem solving mindset with a proactive approach towards problem resolution
  • Good, already acquired, networking inside the company is seen as an advantage
  • Able to develop and manage relationships with stakeholders
  • Flexible approach to work; open & willing to adapt to change
  • Self starter that can work both independently and as a part of agreement management as a team
  • Excellent knowledge of English both written and spoken, Hungarian is mandatory for the daily communication with customers.
  • Travelling within Hungary, expected up to 50% of the time.
