For everyone, everywhere.More aboutJob DescriptionAs Quality Assurance Transformation Lead, you will spearhead strategic initiatives and drive impactful projects aimed at elevating our quality assurance processes within the customer service function. Your focus will be on introducing performance management frameworks, stakeholder management strategies, and facilitating better business insights, rolling out a new RCA framework and various other initiatives to improve organizational efficiency.You will cultivate strong partnerships across the organization to pinpoint areas for continuous enhancement, streamlining operations, and fostering innovation in quality assurance practices. Leveraging digital technologies where applicable, you will champion efficiency improvements and drive digital transformation initiatives.Your role will involve inspiring and guiding diverse teams, fostering a culture of creativity and problem-solving to enhance customer experience. Through effective communication, you will engage stakeholders, articulate the case for change, and equip teams with the tools needed to embrace transformation effectively.Operating autonomously, you will align transformation efforts with organizational goals, presenting insights to senior stakeholders to influence strategic decisions that benefit both employees and customers.Activities performed on the job:
  • Develop and execute a strategic transformation plan outlining initiatives and process enhancements for quality assurance.
  • Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of transformation projects, ensuring efficiency and risk mitigation, while monitoring successes.
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships with stakeholders to garner support for key initiatives and gather feedback aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Lead change management efforts by effectively communicating the benefits of initiatives and guiding teams through implementation.
  • Establish infrastructure fostering a culture of idea-sharing and talent recognition, supporting colleagues in developing and executing innovative solutions.
  • Define success metrics for the transformation strategy and individual initiatives, regularly reporting on outputs and optimizing performance.
  • Collaborate with data analytics teams to leverage data-driven insights for process improvements and support stakeholder engagements.
  • Regularly report to the Head of Quality Assurance, ensuring alignment and collaboration with relevant stakeholders to enhance quality assurance functions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of leadership in quality assurance or customer service operations or project management preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Extensive experience driving organizational transformation initiatives, including the implementation of performance management frameworks, stakeholder management frameworks, and process optimization strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
