1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Eastern European region, aligned with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Set sales targets and KPIs for the team, regularly monitoring and adjusting strategies as needed.
- and guidance to enhance the team's sales skills and effectiveness.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer support teams to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence in Western Europe.
- Evaluate potential partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels to drive growth.
- Collaborate with product development teams to align offerings with market needs.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and track performance against targets.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales metrics, market trends, and competitive activities.
- Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and optimize sales processes.
- Develop and manage the sales budget for the Western Europe region.
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant regulations and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any issues or concerns.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, particularly in the truck or automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge of CEE markets, customer behaviors, and industry trends.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional CEE languages is an advantage.
