As a Process Engineer - Chip Interconnect, you will:
- Supervise and optimize chip Interconnect processes (paste printing, chip soldering) with inspections in semiconductor production.
- Support the programming, operation and installation of machines.
- Work closely with production and other engineering departments.
- Perform systematic analyses for manufacturing process optimization and quality enhancement.
- Daily monitor line yield, scrap and equipment use.
- Investigate root-cause and implement corrective and preventive activities.
- Perform troubleshooting and process equipment repair to support factory maintenance.
- Be given the opportunity to explore other backend processes.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- BSc / MSc degree in Engineering fields (Electrical / Electronics, Material or Chemical Engineering).
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in the electronic (SMT) and/or automotive industry, especially in Soldering technology.
- Understanding of quality tools/processes (PFMEA,CP,CPK,SPC,8D).
- Flexible and team player mindset.
- Proficient interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Systematic approach in problem solving. 6Sigma knowledge is a plus.
- Fluency in Hungarian and a good level of English (verbal and written form).
