Are you seeking a purposeful and rewarding Finance career opportunity in Hungary?The Clario Accounts Payable team is expanding in Budapest, and with big ambitions and a clear vision for the future, now is the time to join us as an Accounts Payable Associate.What we offer:Competitive compensationAttractive benefits (security, flexibility, support and well-being)Hybrid working from our new central Budapest officesOTP Szép CardWhat you'll be doing:Process and code vendor invoices for payment.Process checks for vendors.Maintain vendor files.Handle and resolve vendor inquires.Prepare 1099’s for vendors at year-end.Prepare account reconciliations for A/P and other accounts as needed.Assist with month-end closing and other projects as needed.Prepare and enter month-end journal entries as needed.Review and process employee expense reports.Data entry of vendor information in Oracle.May prepare daily cash deposits for bank.Assist with the documentation and testing of internal controls within the A/P function to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.What we look for:Accounting degree or equivalent experience.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Good computer skills including Excel and accounting software packages.At Clario, we put people first, always.
