Finance Analyst - Global Spending Related Expense

• Ford Blue within Ford Motor Company refers to a strategic business unit specifically focused on its internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicle segment. Ford Blue focuses on strengthening and further developing well-loved Ford models that rely on internal combustion engines, such as the F-Series (including F-150 and F-250 trucks), Ranger, Maverick, Bronco, Explorer, Mustang and etc.

• Preparing F&T Expense calculations and reports for your assigned segment
• Producing standard and ad-hoc reports for both management and corporate stakeholders
• Providing detailed variance analysis with relevant facts and perspectives
• Understanding and responding to changes in business practices or assumptions
• Consolidating Spending Forecasts and explaining variances
• Supporting the global implementation of F&T Expense processes and contributing ideas for continuous improvement
• Assisting other segments when needed and owning global tie-out tasks and provision lines

• You have a University / College degree and/or 1+ years' work experience in Finance
• You are not afraid of working in English with multinational colleagues from all around Europe
• You are confident in using MS Excel
• You have strong analytical and time management skills
• You are self-motivated and able to work effectively without excessive management intervention
