Are you seeking a purposeful and rewarding Project Management career opportunity?With big ambitions and a clear vision for the future, now is the time to join Clario’s Respiratory and Cardiac teams as a Clinical Project Manager (f/m/x)!What we offer:Competitive compensationAttractive benefits (security, flexibility, support and well-being)Engaging employee programsRemote working & home office allowanceOTP Szép CardWhat you'll be doing:Lead the Planning and Setup, Monitoring, and Closeout phases of complex global studies across a variety of therapeutic areasMonitor study timelines and manage the financial components of each study including participating in monthly billing & forecasting where requiredIdentify potential study risks and mitigations, and escalate as appropriateManaging change requests & communicating all clarifications/revisions to project teamApply problem solving strategies to address customer issues and maintain issue tracking documentation to monitor progress and ensure timely resolution to customer escalationsPresent study services at Investigator Meetings or site initiation meetings as needed, and/or attend client meetings with Business Development and/or Operational teams to present Company servicesCoordinating site management of data collection with internal and external teamsManage internal/external negotiations and promote collaboration to foster a positive team environment, effective communications, and efficient use of resources to meet study timelines and contractual obligationsWhat we look for:BSc, MSc, PhD in a relevant subject related to the Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / Life Science industry1-3 years Clinical Research experience within a CRO or Pharmaceutical Research Organization and within in a project management related role.Working knowledge of GCH, ICH guidelines and FDA regulationsExperience in a client facing role with the ability to lead meetings with senior staff & global clienteleExcellent knowledge of Clinical Research processes & practicesPrior experience in Medical Imaging is preferred or experience eCOA, Cardiac Safety, IRT/RTSM, eConsent, ePRO or other eClinical / Clinical Technologies is also advantageous to applicantsExperience using Planview or similar Project Management systemsExcellent organizational, interpersonal, time management, and prioritization skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively and confidently in EnglishWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office productsDetail oriented and demonstrated responsiveness to inquiries and requestsAt Clario, we put people first, always.
