Supply Chain Assistant (1-year fixed-term contract)Your primary tasks/responsibilities:

making production plans according to demand and capacity,
check for availability of raw materials at the shop floor,
responsible for follow up on production output,
report BOV/SAO and plan adherence and all relevant Supply Chain KPI-s,
inventory control for raw materials and intermediates at the shop floor,
support manufacturing processes,
initiate necessary steps to fulfil logistic goals and meet transfer deadlines,
responsible for communication with SC Customer service about relevant information to or from the customers,
participate in sales and operation planning.

Your qualifications:

secondary school
medium level in written and oral English,
experienced user of IT systems (e.g. Excel and E1),
analytical skills,
good communication skills.

team player who will be an active part in the Supply Chain team,
open-minded and handle changes as a challenge,
enjoy working in a dynamic and changeable environment,
take responsibility and be proactive in daily work,
put an honour in keeping deadlines.

advanced planning system knowledge,
E1 user,
experience in international environment.
