- Manage permanent operations in the production area;
- Manage, maintain and develop production;
- Ensure the operation of the production tools and energy networks;
- Monitoring and managing the projects for new production processes;
- Ensure effective organization of the workshop;
- Guarantee the total quality of the services in compliance with cost, quantity, quality, time and safety targets;
- Monitor and manage budgeting and cost control;
- Organisation of production by analysis, controls and testing to ensure that the products conform to specification as agreed with the customers.
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineer, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineer);
- At least 5-8 years of relevant experience (Production Leader, Production Area Manager, Assistant Production Manager, Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager, Assembly Leader, termelési vezető) in Automotive, Electronics, Electrical Manufacturing, Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, Steel, Metals or Machinery sectors;
- Excellent leadership skills (100-300 FTE's);
- Project management, change management experience;
- Continuous improvement, LEAN knowledge is an advantage;
- Shop-floor mentality, can-do attitude;
- Practical problem solving skills;
- Organised and well structured;
- Active English and native Hungarian.
