As a Communication Specialist, you will define short and long-term communication strategy. By cooperating closely with internal and external partners, you will ensure an effective implementation of this strategy and its alignment with corporate guidelines and general communication trends in what concerns to our Cegléd and Budapest sites, with approximately 1600 employees.In your new role you will:
- Display the central corporate vision, values, and mission in the communication in Hungary;
- Support employer branding according to the defined communication strategy, central messages, and the local and national policy;
- Define main brands, as well as develop and maintain a positive corporate image through different communication channels (locally and nationally);
- Use internationally-defined corporate identity elements, whilst keeping close collaboration with peers worldwide;
- Strengthen our role in what concerns to social responsibility - at employer and employee level;
- Foster employee identification with corporate goals;
- Collaboration with internal and external partners regarding the communication topics;
- Contribute to employees' motivation, increasing their commitment and deepening their sense of belonging to the company;
- Manage, monitor and report communication budget.
You have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Moreover, you know how to communicate messages in a clear and professional way and you are mission focused. You also enjoy connecting with other people, while establishing lasting relationships and network.You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Specialized College Degree certification of Hungarian language (native level);
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in communications - internal or external, preferably in a multinational environment;
- Proficiency in MS Office programs (especially Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
- Excellent communication, networking and organization skills and a systematic mindset;
- Analytical and precision skills, whilst working independently;
- Very good presentation, writing, and editing skills;
- Fluency in Hungarian and good command of English, German is a plus.
