- Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key partners, serving as their primary point of contact within Instructure.
- Identify and build relationships with new and existing partners outside of the US that serve the needs of educational institutions.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand partners' goals, challenges, and requirements, and identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to align partners' objectives with Instructure's products and services, driving mutual success and value.
- Product Adoption and Optimization: Collaborate with partners to facilitate the successful adoption and utilization of Instructure's solutions, providing guidance, training, and best practices.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor partner performance and engagement metrics, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and take proactive measures to optimize outcomes.
- Issue Resolution: Address partner inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and effective manner, collaborating with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution.
- Advocacy and Loyalty: Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for partners within Instructure, championing their interests and driving initiatives to enhance their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and Marketing, to align efforts and deliver integrated solutions that meet partners' needs.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from partners regarding product enhancements, feature requests, and overall experience, and communicate insights internally to inform decision-making and product roadmap development.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments, and leverage insights to inform partner strategies and initiatives.
- Proven experience in partner management, account management, or business development, preferably within the education or technology sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to think analytically, identify opportunities, and develop action plans to drive results.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative approach, with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build consensus among diverse teams.
- Knowledge of learning management systems, educational technology, or related software solutions is a plus.
