- Develop and implement technical concepts for the replacement of the "ABS-Batch zOS" release procedure and extension of the functionality of the Lifetime application.
- Collaborate with the client to describe processes for software release and approval management.
- Implement, test, advise, and operate concepts in coordination with the client.
- Develop migration paths as necessary and ensure full or partial implementation of concepts.
- Develop the technical target infrastructure for the new cloud environment and document the defined infrastructure.
- Implement and monitor the developed target infrastructure, troubleshooting as needed.
- Update the infrastructure and procedural tools running on it cyclically.
- Provide regular reporting to the client, including defects, restrictions, workarounds, performance reporting, effort development, requirement calculations, risks, and changes
- Strong programming skills in Java, Spring, Angular, REST, and MQ.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JSON, YAML, and JavaScript.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like HELM, Kubernetes, GitHub-Actions, and Jenkins.
- Familiarity with development tools such as IntelliJ, VS-Code, Git/GitHub, and Artifactory.
- Useful knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus, and Dynatrace.
- Experience with platforms like Linux, AWS, and K8S.
- Database know-how, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Fluent English (speaking & writing); German is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills for intense, constant pairing, calls, and meetings with team members and stakeholders.
- Proven track record in software development with over 6 years of experience, degree or proven experience.
- Experience in project management and execution.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
