It is active in over 40 countries with a dynamic international workforce of 26,000 people and a track record of more than 100 years in the industry.We are looking for our new Intern colleague who will be involved in various L&D processes and tasks.Capability Development (HR Learning & Development) InternScope of the positionWe are looking for a trainee who supports the in-house MOL Group Capability development HR team at least 20 hours/week, for 6 months period, starting in July 2023.We develop and support talent, leadership, competency and professional development program concepts and frameworks creation, develop and drive Group processes from training and programs planning to realization and evaluation, cooperate closely with local L&D teams on MOL Group markets, Global and local vendors, business managers, HR Partner team.Main Tasks

Support project coordination in various topics
Data gathering and analytics in on-going projects and regular L&D processes
Contribute to regular reporting processes
Contribute to decision-making materials creation
Making translations
Be a dedicated team member with a sense of ownership and customer focus

Qualifications

Ongoing University/College studies in Hungary
Advanced knowledge of English language
MS Office knowledge: advanced Excel and Power Point usage
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good problem-solving skills
Precision
Good analytical skills
