- ideate, brainstorm, and manage the production of online courses for Laba Hungary including recruiting and engaging new experts;
- work with Marketing and Sales teams to establish a solid understanding of the vision, purpose, and expected business benefits of a course;
- facilitate executive-level escalations and course-level change management;
- monitor the progress of course delivery by tracking production status, risks, issues, and dependencies;
- manage course-level communications to ensure stakeholders are informed of roadmap changes, release plans, and delivery status;
- lead course reviews with students, delivery teams, instructors, and executive management as required;
- facilitate course retrospectives to identify improvement opportunities;
- ensure the efficient use of organizational resources;
- live and breathe a proactive course production mindset, filling roles as necessary to meet delivery goals.
- previous experience in project management/account management/project coordination or similar fields, managing moderately sized projects and programs from start to finish;
- KPI-driven mindset;
- proficiency in Hungarian, upper-intermediate in English (you will be in touch with our HQ team);
- strong written and verbal communication skills, with professional confidence, so that you can effectively engage and interact with senior and executive-level external stakeholders;
- strong business acumen combined with a marketing or sales background, with the ability to quickly understand and communicate course ideas and their value to a wide range of audiences, adjusting the message to the audience;
- ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively and meet deadlines;
- ability to manage project schedules and associated dependencies, identify possible issues, risks, and actions, and work with key stakeholders to mitigate them;
- experience in online course development or marketing is a significant advantage;
- outgoing, energetic, upbeat, and fun personality.
- flexible full-time opportunity (core business hours are between 9 am - 5 pm), our goal is a high-quality result delivered on time (without burning deadlines) – everything else is up to you;
