This role combines sales prospecting with essential administrative support to ensure seamless contract management, accurate documentation, and effective coordination of events. The Sales Executive plays a critical role in maintaining strong client relationships, maximizing revenue opportunities, and supporting operational functions to contribute to the company’s overall success with a large emphasis on the MICE segment.Administrative Tasks:
- Manage contracting processes ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Prepare Proforma invoices for client approval and internal processing.
- Handle and manage Opera Cloud and Sales & Catering systems by inputting new inquiries, updating statuses, and maintaining data integrity.
- Prepare Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with precise details for smooth event execution.
- Conduct calculations for events and group bookings to ensure profitability and feasibility.
- Input rooming lists accurately for group reservations and coordinate related logistics.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) in line with client requirements and company policies.
- Process applications for bus entry permits, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct regular competition checks to stay informed on market offerings and pricing strategies.
- Monitor the market trends and prepare detailed reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Perform press monitoring to identify relevant industry news and potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate events in collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure flawless execution.
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in hospitality or events.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Opera Cloud, Sales & Catering systems, or similar CRM tools.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
