- Customer-centric behavior for better knowledge of all customers, better customized services and initiatives for customer trustful relationship, satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Be the bridge to create clear communication between different functions with Customer and APTIV.
- Contributing that Customer and APTIV Requirements and Quality targets and expectations are met throughout all product lines.
- Customer representative according to IATF16949.
- Be the Eastern Europe regional Customer Quality representative.
- Deep understanding of customer SCORECARD, interpretation, analysis, sharing within APTIV organization and lead to specific actions
- Authority to suggest corrective actions at plant level
- Identify and know customer (specific) requirements and expectations
- Develop Customer relationship by maintaining adequate presence at Customer locations
- Be the first level of escalation for the customer
- Prepare and lead the management reviews with customer
- Track complaint resolution (initial response, 3D, 8D,…) on time
- Track lessons learned and read across in all plants
- Coordinate and lead support teams at customer location during critical activities
- Follow up on systemic improvement plans and verify corrective actions efficiency
- Plan and participate in customer audits
- Suggest and lead improvement initiatives
- Define, together with operations, the adequate quality support resources
- Manage all customer quality related activities for APTIV products and services
- Assure timely and accurate reporting
- Support the warranty activities
- Liaise with manufacturing plants, and provide feedback on customer performance
- Support flow 4 (APQP) activities
- Support plants on customer visits / audits and support flawless launches.
- Quality, Engineering or similar technical degree
- Proven experience in the field of quality in the automotive or plastics industry
