Guided by the vision of “smart and sustainable solutions beyond rubber,” the group sector draws on its long-standing knowledge of the industry and materials to open up new business opportunities by combining various materials with electronic components and individual services.Job DescriptionAs the product manager, you are enabling profitable and sustainable sales and growth by holistic steering todays and future portfolio of products and services.Your tasks:

Development and implementation of the product strategy for your dedicated product groups (ContiTech BA Industrial Solutions EMEA)
Product portfolio management under lifecycle and profitability aspects (launch, in-market-phase, end-of-Life, setting of strategic price points, create product training materials, product business performance)
Driving the organization to implement the product portfolio and roadmap in the most profitable way
Identifying and developing current and future value-selling opportunities
Management of Product Master Data for product information management (PIM), product hierarchy and input for marketing activities (e.g. catalogues, trainings)
Identifying and analyzing specific markets, trends and evolving customer needs
Support the creation, decision-making and execution of business cases for new business opportunities

Mobile work is supported (hybrid job).In addition, the link and presence in one of our DSS plants is preferred - at least 1-2 days/week onsite ( in Nyíregyháza)Qualifications

Academic degree in Economics, Economical Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration or similar field
Several years professional experience in a B2B environment in at least one of the following functional areas: Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Product Development/Application Engineering or Project Management
Experienced in industrial products, especially in the rubber area
Proven project management and project leadership experience
Proven ability to successfully work in highly diverse global teams
Good organizational, teamwork and problem-solving skills

Intercultural/International Experience:

Excellent multicultural communication and networking skills
Language skills: highly proficient user of English language (written & spoken)
Flexibility and willingness for domestic and international business travels
