- Collaborate with the Hiring Managers and Talent Advisors to understand the requirements of each open role
- Source & screen for the best talent on the French market - able to adapt sourcing techniques to different tech roles and be able to source using various channels.
- Conducting phone or video interviews.
- Work very closely with Talent Advisors to find the best candidates for the open positions and create a shortlist of candidates for the hiring managers.
- Manage job postings on the job boards
- Interact with candidates and focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity
- Attending weekly calls/catch ups with the hiring managers to share updates regarding the sourcing process
- Good level of English and min C1 level of French is must (written and verbal)
- 6+ months of experience in IT recruitment
- Being autonomous, proactive and do not afraid to ask questions
- Good team player and self motivated
- Having a competitive approach would be helpful for the success
- Experience in Linkedin Recruiter is a plus
