DESCRIPTIONElevate your career to new heights and contribute to the dynamic evolution of a new Business Support Center in Budapest!This exciting opportunity plays an integral role in a leading multinational company with cutting-edge technologies and processes.As a key player in this position, you will be focusing on:

Help set up and grow financial services in a new SSC
Manage smooth transitions from different countries to Budapest, handling preparation and stabilization
Work with finance teams to introduce consistent processes across countries
Play a leading role in bringing in new technologies for a digital upgrade
Take care of project management tasks, like keeping tabs on the business case and giving regular updates to key stakeholders
Develop and lead training sessions and workshops in different countries, sharing best practices

REQUIREMENTSYou are the perfect fit if you have the following skills and experience:

5+ years of experience in finance business services sector
Experience with O2C/P2P/RTR processes
Additional experience in in managing international transition projects
Familiarity with project methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, etc.
Excellent English language skills
