IT Production Technician

• Support the implementation of manufacturing systems at new plants: analyze process differences, develop corresponding solutions, configure systems, conduct testing, and provide user training.
• Handle daily system maintenance: collect new requirements, coordinate solutions with headquarters, and transfer system updates to end users.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing system issues promptly to ensure system stability.
• Promote new system functions with support from headquarters IT.
• Manage IT projects: planning, risk management, and resource coordination.
• Provide daily IT support to end-users: computer setup, account configuration, software installation, email setup, IP phone configuration, etc.
• Perform routine maintenance for ICT devices, including printers, meeting room equipment, and computers.
• Conduct software updates, including Windows and patch management.
• Develop standard IT service processes according to ITIL principles.
• Manage ICT assets and coordinate procurement activities.
• Implement security policies, conduct regular audits, and provide information security training.
• Handle daily IT issues reported by employees.

• Minimum secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT support and/or manufacturing system management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly to system issues.
• Solid IT knowledge, including computer setup, network configuration, and software management.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
