- Drive strategic thinking behind event activations and ensure seamless execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Chair the Commercial Leadership Meeting and steer integrated planning
- Manage budgets across ATL, BTL, and POS with a sharp eye on ROI
- University/college degree Economics, Commercial, Marketing
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial field, having experience in Trade Marketing and at least one additional commercial field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in leading teams
- Shopper understanding - key consumer drivers, research methodology, analytical skills
- Experience in category management
- Proven success in driving BTL execution
- Category/portfolio/brand understanding
- Development culture builder
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Fluency both in English and Hungarian
- Driving license
