
Production Supervisor

- Responsible for the application and support standardized production methods,
- Strong involvement in continuous improvement initiatives,
- Ensure compliance with HSE and 5S rules,
- Identify noncompliant situations,
- Carry out people and process management tasks for dedicated Product line,
- Lead continuous improvement actions,
- Oversee the training and onboarding of staff,
- Drive in real-time adjustments of staff according to the needs,
- Participate and lead SIM1 & SIM2 meetings respectively,
- Escalate any disruptions occurring during the shift according to the escalation process of (Production Manager, H&S, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance),
- University/College degree preferably in Technical field,
- 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Industry,
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite,
- B2 level of English language knowledge,
- Excellent communication skills,
- High level of influencing and persuasion skills,
- Proactive problem resolution skills and result-oriented approach.
