- Design, architect, and implement new technologies and software to strengthen our on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Develop automated systems for deployment, monitoring, and fault tolerance.
- Help improve software deployment, monitoring, and development processes.
- Provide tools and best practices to support the entire software development lifecycle.
- Work closely with the software development team and customers to solve problems and build better processes, and software.
- Perform maintenance, upgrades, and migrations.
- Create standardized software development environments.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Technical Skills: Docker, Jenkins, Bash, Unix/Linux, Git, Artifact Repositories (e.g. Nexus), Reverse Proxies (e.g. Nginx).
- Nice to Have: Microsoft Azure / Google Cloud Platform, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, Application Monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus), experience in Go or an equivalent programming language.
- Professional Attributes: Demonstrates ownership mentality. Exhibits a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. Follows Cloud-Native Application Development Principles.
