Job Category: SalesJob Description:We are looking for a new colleague who will support our German sales office to handle the incoming orders from the customers. Your primary purpose in this job will be to support the in-country sales organization(s) to achieve sales targets by responding to customers enquiries and reach their satisfaction.In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Respond to sales inquiries from customers by ensuring timely and complete entering of orders.
Acknowledge orders for customers, advise about any delays of the shipment. Review and process change requests..
Expedite factories to make sure items are delivered on time.
Process and issue invoices.
Look for continuous improvement opportunities, maintain and improve customer satisfaction.

Who You Are: Dedicated employee who has a customer focus attitude to provide service for the country sales organization in order to reach high level of customer satisfaction.For This Role, You Will Need:

Sophisticated knowledge of English
PC skills are necessary: Word, Excel, Outlook
Technical knowledge or background
We require customer focus behavior and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You use knowledge of business drivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions.
You gain insight into customer need
You credit others for their contributions and accomplishment

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

University or college degree would beneficial (even in technical field)
Intermediate level of German is big advantage!
Sales or customer service-related experience is an advantage
