- Respond to sales inquiries from customers by ensuring timely and complete entering of orders.
- Acknowledge orders for customers, advise about any delays of the shipment. Review and process change requests..
- Expedite factories to make sure items are delivered on time.
- Process and issue invoices.
- Look for continuous improvement opportunities, maintain and improve customer satisfaction.
- Sophisticated knowledge of English
- PC skills are necessary: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Technical knowledge or background
- We require customer focus behavior and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You use knowledge of business drivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions.
- You gain insight into customer need
- You credit others for their contributions and accomplishment
- University or college degree would beneficial (even in technical field)
- Intermediate level of German is big advantage!
- Sales or customer service-related experience is an advantage
