Procurement Reconciliation Technician

• Manage procurement of MRO/EQ materials, including sourcing, bidding, cost analysis and comparison, business negotiations, fixed-point pricing, and issuing purchase orders/contracts.
• Drive localization of supplier resources to meet site delivery requirements.
• Independently analyze and manage procurement costs, prepare regular procurement reports, and continuously optimize cost management to achieve the company’s cost-reduction targets.
• Follow up on order delivery, track equipment development, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning to ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle daily purchasing activities and other tasks assigned by the department.

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Proficiency in common office tools such as ERP systems, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, coordination, execution skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• High professional standards and integrity.
• English proficiency at working level (English will be the primary working language).
