- Installation, start-up, maintenance, and repair of complex technical equipment for the pharmaceutical industry
- Troubleshoot, diagnosis and repair of machine faults and breakdowns
- Implement modifications, new products, and formats into existing equipment
- Service visits worldwide
- Provide customer training and production support
- Identify ways that the machine can be improved
- Provide customers with remote technical support
- Work closely with the German headquarters
