Ready to shape the future of mobility with us?YOUR ROLE:As a Senior Material Planner, you will be working with a mix of international and local suppliers, utilizing lean ordering systems. The role involves weekly communications with suppliers for both short and long-term predictions. You'll be responsible for monitoring logistics processes, solving procurement challenges, and maintaining raw material inventory within defined targets while supporting the company's financial objectives.

Supplier & Inventory Management: Oversee supplier relationships, forecast accuracy, and inventory levels while maintaining optimal Days-on-Hand targets
Order Processing & Monitoring: Execute timely call-offs, manage JIT deliveries, process requisitions, and monitor the complete raw material ordering cycle
Risk Management: Identify potential supply disruptions through early warning systems, escalate critical issues, and implement contingency plans to prevent production stoppages
Process Improvement: Reduce costs by minimizing premium freight, excess inventory, and obsolete materials while ensuring compliance with established procedures
System Maintenance: Maintain data integrity in SAP, conduct cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and manage documentation for supplier performance and claims

YOUR BACKGROUND:

Bachelor's/Master’s degree with 3 years years experience in material planning
knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems required

Demonstrated expertise in lean procurement methodologies
Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in data analysis and forecasting techniques
Advanced Excel skills
Proven track record of implementing process improvements that reduced costs and optimized inventory levels

Exceptional problem-solving skills with demonstrated success managing complex supply chain challenges
Superior communication skills with experience interfacing with international suppliers and cross-functional teams
Experience mentoring junior team members and driving continuous improvement initiatives

Professional business English required; additional languages beneficial for international supplier management
