As a Sales Consultant at Honeywell, in Budapest, Hungary, you will be responsible for demand generation and specifying in Honeywell solutions in large projects. Building the relation with new customers and present a winning value proposition that solves existing challenges. Focus on value added solution presentations to system designers, consultants and other technical decision makers. Contribute to wining the business to achieve or exceed Targets.   • Present and specify in Honeywell building technology solutions like fire alarm systems, security systems or building automation systems to system designers, consultants and technology related decision makers.
  • Experience in system design for low voltage system like fire alarm, security or BMS.
  • Knowledge of the construction market, main general construction companies.
  • Focus verticals are manufacturing, industrial sites, healthcare buildings, infrastructure projects
  • Identify new opportunities and propose competitive Honeywell solutions, qualify the opportunities, progress and close. Support to win orders and achieve or exceed target
  • Be a trusted advisor of the consultants, electrical system designers
  • Represent Honeywell with our customers in a cheerful, responsive, professional, proactive, and ethical manner that reflects well on our company and core values.
  • Create winning value propositions and proposals that win orders and achieve or exceed Target.
  • Leverage best in class sales methodology for maximizing sales potential. Follow the details of the Sales Operating System with an emphasis on disciplined usage of our CRM, accurate weekly forecasting, monthly pipeline reviews and quarterly walk to plan.
Key skills and qualifications
  • Technical Degree would be a strong plus.
  • 3 years of experience as system designer, project manager or sales in Construction / Building Industry.
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian languages.
  • Driving License
Nice to have
  • Experience in multinational environment.
  • Experience in working with general contractors in the construction industry or electrical contractors for high or low voltage systems.
  • Experience with Solutions Selling in complex environment (enterprise, public, government, general contractors, architects, retail investment companies) with Building Automation.
  • Technology Solutions, Building Management Solutions, Security (surveillance, access control, fire protection).
  • Open personality ready to meet people and build business relation.
