- Processing incoming error and request tickets (primarily tickets related to IT device requests) taking into account the SLA
- Reordering parts in the system designed for this purpose
- Tracking open orders
- Preparing and maintaining hardware inventory
- Managing requests related to orders in the Service management system
- Liaising with various IT areas to resolve tickets
- Updating the IT knowledge base, writing documentation, documenting solutions to common problems
- Possibly handling other types of requests in the future (software installation, etc.)
- IT engineering degree or relevant work experience
- Customer-centric mindset
- Conversational English language skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of computer architectures and various hardware
- Quality and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, perseverance
